Business Hours : Monday to Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 9am to 1:30pm

Payment– Will be made on the first of the month.   By the 8th there will be a 10% late fee.  The tuition per month is a fixed fee regardless of how many weeks are in the month ( 4 or 5) . It evens out in the end of the term.  The monthly tuition is not based on attendance and is nonrefundable.  Missed classes can be made up by attending another class within a month of absence.    If payment is not made by the end of the first week, your child will be unable to attend class until payment is made. Payment can be made in cash or via PAY PAL. ( choosing friends and family option will avoid you having to pay a 3% charge). If paying in colones please be advised we follow the exchange rate of that day.

Illness/Injuries– If students are mildly ill or have an injury, they can still attend if they want. ( It is extremely valuable to come to class and watch!) dancing is learned through auditory, visual, and kinaesthetic information, so students who watch class still use their eyes and ears to learn dance! Please be advised that Tidal Dancers will not be held responsible for any personal injuries sustained on studio property.

Damage to Property In a dance studio we are surrounded by giant mirrors and ballet barres!! The mirrors are not to be touched, and the barres are not to be hung from.  This is unsafe and we do not want anyone getting hurt!!! If someone is seen damaging property in any way, they  ( or parents of ) will be held financially responsible.

Dress Code– Students are to wear proper dancewear and footwear. For ballet classes, leotard and tights must be worn.  If a student does not have the appropriate ballet shoes, socks may be worn. For other classes, leotards, leggings or workout attire is acceptable.  Hip hop classes can wear baggy pants and street shoes that have not been worn outside. No baggy shorts, pants, pyjama pants etc allowed in ANY class. No jewelry is permitted in class. Please respect the dress code at all levels of dance.  ( Adult classes can wear workout attire of their choice). Please no street shoes in the studio. Hair as well must be neatly pulled back and out of the face in a ponytail, braid, or bun.
